CANCELLATION POLICY

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require prepayment to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. Clients who arrive more than fifteen minutes after their scheduled appointment time, appointment will be cancelled. Clients who are a no call no show, will be charged 20% of the full service fee using the card on file, or else Lanai Beauty Bar LLC has the right to refuse future service. Should clients need to reschedule, please notify Lanai Beauty at least 24 hours in advance.
 Same day cancellations result in: a loss of deposit, and a charge of a new deposit at the time of rebooking.
