CANCELLATION POLICY

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require prepayment to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. Clients who arrive more than fifteen minutes after their scheduled appointment time, appointment will be cancelled. Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) will be charged 75% of the full service total and a charge of a new deposit at the time of rebooking. Clients who are a no call no show or cancel at the time of their scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the full service fee using the card on file, or else Lanai Beauty Bar LLC has the right to refuse future service. Should clients need to reschedule, please notify Lanai Beauty at least 24 hours in advance.
